It is a great privilege, and also a great responsibility, to serve at an organisation that has for more than 30 years created opportunities for young people to break free of the cycle of crime and poverty that is so pervasive in our communities, to realise their full potential and to become productive, responsible citizens, and that has worked so tirelessly to keep children safe and create environments in which they can flourish.
